With more than 18 years of experience in business, marketing, technology and communications, as real estate professionals we've also found that providing the very best service is as simple as putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.

Meet Our Team
Susan Johnson
As a native of the Charlotte area, Susan has watched Lake Norman and the surrounding areas continue to grow and expand. Her expertise in residential real estate and her knowledge of the area is what sets her apart from other real estate agents. Susan began her career in the banking industry after graduating from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With more than 10 years of experience in marketing, technology, and communications, Susan chose to refocus her expertise in the field of residential real estate. Susan's dedication to customer service awarded her national recognition as a Five Star Customer Service Agent as well as many other awards. Most recently Susan has received the Award of Excellence for Online Marketing from Realtor.com. Susan truly enjoys every aspect of the real estate transaction from the listing presentation through the closing. In addition, she is very in touch with her client's needs and makes sure that her client's wishes are achieved. Her professionalism, determination, and positive attitude is what is needed to find the right solution for her clients.
Susan currently lives in Cornelius and is very active in the community and her church. When she is not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, boating, running and biking. Susan loves living in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area and looks forward to sharing with you all that it has to offer.

Kristen has been living in the Charlotte area since 2002, having relocated from Scituate, Massachusetts (a suburb of Boston). Meredith Hall
Meredith has lived in the Carolinas for over 20 years and has called Charlotte her home for 18 of them. Her network runs from Ballantyne to Mooresville and everywhere in between making her familiar and comfortable with all areas around Charlotte and Lake Norman.
